By installing, activating, or using the GScreenshot Lite browser extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Usage and License

GScreenshot Lite is a proprietary software application. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension in your web browser for personal or professional screenshot capturing. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the extension or any part of its source code without prior written consent.

2. Accounts and Connectivity

To use the cloud synchronization features, you must log in with your own Google Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and controlling access to your Google Drive account.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer or development team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this extension, including but not limited to the loss of images, files, or unsaved work.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the extension constitutes agreement to the updated Terms & Conditions.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
